Buschur's throttle body (65mm)

Buschur's 65mm throttle body conversion for your Mitsubishi Evolution 7,8 or 9. 

In order to see full benefit from this we recommend using this in conjunction with our ported stock intake manifold.

This throttle body is machined and a new 65mm butterfly is installed. This is done on an exchange basis. A core is not provided. We will take your good throttle body in trade and send you one of ours that is glass beaded, machined and re-assembled.  IF YOU HAVE to have your core back, specify when you order.  

The small vacuum nipples on the top of the throttle bodies are welded closed and deleted, if this is an issue for you, specify when you call to order.  

Ported stock intake/65 mm throttle body. On a mild application car these 2 have proven good for 15 whp over stock. The biggest improvement is in a smoothing of the overall curve and an increase in the entire basic range.

Through extensive dyno testing we've found that even up to 700+ whp the Buschur  65 mm throttle body provides the best power throughout the entire power band. This testing was done with throttle bodies up to 3.25" all being beat by the smaller 65mm unit. No gains were had anywhere in the power band by going larger. AWD Motorsports has joined the elite 8 second club with their '06 EVO, running 8.99 at 159.8 mph using the Buschur ported stock intake manifold and Buschur 65 mm throttle body.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** - We ask that you remove all sensors before sending your throttlebody in. If you are sending your T/B with an intake manifold please unbolt them from one another and keep your hardware and sesnors at home. Failure to do so will result in a disassembly fee. Buschur  is not responsible for extra unneeded items that are lost or damaged when sent to us.
