Toyota GRC front mount intercoolers are done and they are absolutely freaking incredible!!!!
This is one of the nicest designs we've ever come up with ever, Mike here at the shop did an incredible job on the fitment & aesthetics on this one!
You will never need another upgrade after this! We've put EVO's in the deep 8's on this core and other cars into the 7's!
We wanted to make a one and done kit for the GRC's.
This is a Garrett intercooler core which measures 24"x12"x3.8", and we custom designed these tanks for fitment and flow!
The factory intercooler is a complete joke, coming in at 25"x6"x3" giving it 450 cu in of cooling vs ours that 1095 cu in of cooling, that's about 2.5 times larger with a highly efficient bar and plate core.
The pictures below show some of the details. Our intercooler uses 2.5" inlets and outlets. This gives the ability to build your own or add our 2.5" intercooler pipe kit in the future (not available yet).
The pictures also show all the parts that will not be re-used when you reassemble the car after install. The install is easy, can be done on the floor with jack and jack stands. NO cutting or grinding required.
One of the big benefits of our kit is combining it with our cold air intake that relocates the filter to the front drivers side.
The shape of the tanks and elimination of the items in the picture below force all that cold air right to our intake kit.
These kits are available NOW and come complete with everything pictured for installation.
