Extensive testing went into the development of this catch can nearly 10 years ago when we developed it for the Nissan GTR.

This catch can has proven to eliminate 100% of the oil and engine vapors from making their way into your intake, intercooler and combustion cycle.

Our billet catch can has the ability to accept up to four -10 AN inlets, so it can be expanded on if the need ever arises at extremely high horsepower levels.

The catch can comes with two -10 AN ports.  The first connects to the factory PCV valve and the second port connects to the billet oil cap where it eliminates all crank case pressure.

Why would you want to do that?  Ring seal is improved for one.  The engine also has pressure that is obviously on top of the piston during compression, some of this pressure makes its way to the crankcase, this puts pressure under the piston on its downward stroke causing resistance.  Eliminating this pressure increases measurable horsepower on the dyno, street and track.  On DSport Magazine’s shop GTR independently tested with no adjustments and .5 psi less boost after the catch can install, the horsepower on just a 600 whp car, went from 627 whp to 644 whp and when the boost pressure was adjusted to the same the gains were 22 whp.  

We use this can on EVO’s, DSM’s and now the Corolla, in every single test the oil has been eliminated and the horsepower gains have been similar or more.  

The can has a convenient drain and the mounting bracket includes a mount for the factory air box trap door solenoid.   

This will NOT work with the factory box.  You’ll have to look at your air box/intake set up and determine if it will fit with your set up.  We will NOT accept returns for non fitment with other air boxes/intakes.
